By submitting this booking form, you acknowledge and agree that bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received within 48 hours of making the booking. Payment may be made via cash, credit card, or EFT only, and proof of payment must be submitted in order for the booking and lane allocation to be processed. Swift payments are not accepted.

No refunds will be issued for players or guests who do not attend, and the full quoted amount remains payable regardless of the final number of attendees on the day of the booking. Should a booking be cancelled or postponed within 24 hours of the scheduled booking date, 50% of the payment will be retained to cover catering and lane booking costs.

Guests are required to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to their scheduled game time. Late arrivals may result in reduced playing time due to subsequent bookings. Approximately 8 players per lane is recommended for the best experience.

No outside food or beverages may be brought onto the premises, with the exception of a birthday cake. Bowling shoes are no longer provided. Guests may bowl barefoot or purchase non-slip socks at the venue. Personal shoes, including trainers, are not permitted on the lanes under any circumstances.

All food items are halal-friendly. Platter orders are subject to a minimum order of 5 people per platter. Guests are encouraged to notify the venue in advance of any allergies or dietary requirements. Images of menu items are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the final product served.

Any selected catering, activities, beverage tabs, cover charges, or optional extras will be added to the final quotation. Cover charges apply to all attendees, including non-playing guests, and are redeemable against food and beverage purchases.

Quotations are automatically generated and may be corrected should any discrepancies occur during the booking process. Guests are encouraged to provide player lists in advance to assist with lane allocations. Submission of this form confirms that all terms, conditions, venue rules, and booking requirements have been read, understood, and accepted.
